on industry issues The BCRFA takes the lead to ensure
that our members receive the proper communication regarding any
issue that may affect our industry, making sure that operators know
the facts. In a situation like the recent Boil Water
Advisory, we made sure that our member restaurants were notified
immediately and received the proper guidelines to continue service
with as little interruption as possible.
Market

will allow operators to see how they are doing relative to their
competitive market. This information is very insightful and
it can give the operator an advantage when analyzing the outcome of
promotions and other sales & marketing initiatives, as well as
their day-to-day business.

Resources Advice No other association offers its
members free HR support and advice on industry concerns, 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week. Gillian MacGregor is a powerhouse of HR
knowledge for our industry. With 30 years of experience with
the government in industrial relations and employment standards,
she has seen and heard it all. She provides support on staffing
