Please note power carts, personalized score cards and cart labels will be set up in the order you register. Team Captain will be designated as driver of cart 1; player 3 will be designated as driver of cart 2. Golf bags will be placed in this order.

□        Tee and Team Sponsorship – includes 4 golfers, group A on the tee; tee  sponsorship - $1500

□        Golf Only – includes 4 golfers, group B on the tee - $1000

□        Tournament communications will be by email unless you request otherwise

□        Tournament start time 12:30 p.m   Awards and Dinner 6:00 p.m   Close of Evening  9:00p.m

 The Wine Cellar Draw : Every golfer, volunteer, supplier, or guest invited to donate a bottle of your favourite wine to the wine cellar receive a complimentary draw ticket to win  the donated wine. The other half, auctioned off to support the BC Restaurant Hall of Fame www.bcrhof.com

The Guess the Lost Ball Contest : how many golf balls will the BCRFA Golfers lose at Mayfair lakes? There is water on 13 holes, there are 128 golfers click here to email your guess..

A day of golf, with snacks, beverages, and activities on every hole - an evening reception followed by dinner the famous Golf BC West Coast Buffet.

11:00 am to 12 pm- REGISTRATION, complimentary driving range AND Lunch in the courtyard at Mayfair

12:30 pm - Call to Carts and welcome address from Chair, Richard Floody

12:45 pm - parade of Carts to your starting hole

1:00 pm - Shotgun Start, playing a Scramble use three drives each team score

5:30 pm  - reception  (yes, a 4.5 hour round)!
