Our mission is to make restaurateurs in BC successful.

The BCRFA is the most progressive industry organization in British Columbia. We are a collective group of restaurant professionals devoted to the sole purpose of creating the most favorable business environment for the success of our members.

With over 40 years of leadership, the BC Restaurant & Foodservices Association (BCRFA) is the foremost advocate and resource for our industry, ensuring long term dynamic growth within B.C. We represent over 3,000 restaurant and foodservice businesses across the province.

WHY WE EXIST:

Business owners need a strong voice to ensure their interests are represented at all levels of government. The larger our member base, the more united we become as an industry, and as a result, the issues we face are taken more seriously. Our dynamic network attracts industry suppliers and allows us to negotiate business savings and reduced costs for our members.

WHAT WE DO:

We are dedicated to ensuring members have a business success rate that exceeds the industry average. Our team offers a wealth of knowledge to help you with any business related problem, whether it is information on restaurant regulations or keeping up to date with the latest issues in the industry. We have a reputable relationship with the government and work hard to represent our restaurant and supplier members in all government relations. We offer substantial cost savings through our industry supporters, including the lowest credit card processing rates and group buying rates for health benefits and business insurance. Our marketing tools allow your business to be listed on our restaurant directory, as well as being the exclusive provider of information for Hello BC – Tourism BC’s official website. We Host numerous events throughout the year, such as Hall of Fame, Wine & Dine Okanagan/Thompson, and Dine Around and Stay in Town Victoria. We encourage all our members to participate in these events.
